Our Story
Magendoo Interactive is a software development consultancy founded in Bucharest, Romania, in 2011. Founder Florinel Chis brings 22+ years of e-commerce software development experience, having led digital transformations for companies ranging from early-stage startups to enterprises processing over $100M in annual revenue.
Over the years we noticed the same pattern: mid-market Magento stores kept paying for Enterprise Edition features that only existed to justify the licence fee. So we started open-sourcing the critical ones — starting with customer segmentation, then FAQ, then base price display, and more.
